So I was driving around town today and noticed how many streets were still a mess from the recent snow and ice storm. This is sooo different than Chicago where it seemed like the streets were cleaned within minutes of a storm.
I breathed a sigh of relief when I woke up to find that the streets at GreenWay Crossing were looking just like those Chicago streets. That’s right, snow removal is part of my homeowners dues (and lawn care for when the white stuff goes away)! Better yet, if there is ever a problem in the community, whether it’s snow removal or someone not cleaning up after their puppy, there is someone at Hubbell Community Management (that’s the HOA company) that I can talk to right away. Her name is April Tufano and she is super nice.
Um, so, there is going to be a little shindig at my place tomorrow night, and you’re invited. Yes, you. We’re talking tapas, sangria, professional DJ, tours, the works! Come find out why Hubbell’s brownstones rock. And if you’re on Twitter, start following @HubbellRealty (http://www.twitter.com/hubbellrealty) to find out the latest and greatest from them. Here’s some more info about TOMORROW’S P-A-R-T-Y:
Everything’s set for tomorrow’s party. Are you coming? Make sure to RSVP on facebook or just send me an email at hailey.brownstone@gmail.com. My address is 9160 Greenspire Drive, #118.
Directions: Take the University Avenue exit off I-35/80 and go west to 92nd Street. Turn south (left) at the intersection and then another left on Greenspire.
Or, you can take I-80 to Jordan Creek Parkway. Make a right at the exit, a left on University, a left on 92nd, and another left on Greenspire. Mine is the one on the end that will be rockin’!
